To promote and defend the advancement of religious faith generally, inter faith dialogue and understanding.

To advance the foregoing for the benefit of the public by various means, including meetings, lectures, producing and/or distributing literature, campaigning by all reasonable and legitimate means to influence policies and attitudes at all levels (including local levels, national and international).

To co-operate with any individual, body, organisation or group to promote and further the company's objects.

To support and defend individuals regarding their faith.

To do such other lawful things as the directors may, in their discretion, consider to be in accordance with the objects of the Company.

Developing understanding and sharing, even if one is a non-believer, can be a way to work toward this goal.

Meeting faith leaders, discussing issues encountered individually and through wider groups, then trickling down to lay believers and non-believers alike, developing exchanges, sharing of one's beliefs

Defend individuals or groups, be it through mediation or other more formal ways, regarding issues involving their faith or beliefs.

He has acted in various church courts of different Christian denominations, including the settlement and mediation of disputes.

This highlights his qualities as a good communicator, as rigorous and dedicated to finding the best solution to the issues brought to him, without any prejudiced views towards anyone or any group of individuals.

Besides, he has this ability to clarify what can often appear as nebulous if not unintelligible. Being very sociable, bringing people together is something natural and allows him to facilitate discussion.

Having set the background, the width of knowledge and experience gained over thirty years, the skills developed, have put him clearly in the perfect place to head this company, about which he feels passionate.

These exchanges and enrichment times are aimed at improving everyone's understanding as well as limit potential tensions that could arise from misunderstandings of one another.

The protection of these exchanges is achieved on the one hand through appropriate IT resources and on the other hand by the possibility of providing the presence of a moderator, impartial and neutral in his/her positions during discussions.
